did my upgrade at this store. The gentlemen who set it up for me were great but the service there after has been terrible. 7 days after I purchased my Samsung 8 phone with case and gadget guard curved glass protector...the glass protector is coming off. So I called to have it replaced and they told me there was no returns or replacements because it has a warranty with the Gadget guard company. Just call them and they will replace it for free. Of course you cannot call you need to register your product on line and then yes it is free but you have to pay 10 for delivery! Then I find out that because my screen on my phone is curved that there is a special machine that is to be used that heats the protector and seals it with the screen on your phone at the same time. Incidentally none of the Rogers stores in Edmonton have this machine. They do have them in their stores though down east if you want to make the trip out there! Complete and total frustration with Rogers and this product.

I went in to upgrade my phone plans after many years of being with Rogers. The new plan was supposed to have a discount applied on it, but the manager failed to let me know the discount is only available for the $115 plans. Ultimately, I ended up with a plan I did not want, and a bill that was much higher than before. Long-story short, thanks to this store and the manager, I am now a happy Telus customer.

They really explained everything well, and made sure we knew the best way to go with our phone plan. The customer service was impeccable! Hadi was the gentleman helping us and he was fantastic, friendly, and had perfect customer service skills

Extremely helpful staff. I was calling all over the city to find a particular phone, and these guys were the first to offer to search the Rogers database for me to help me find a location that still had it in stock. Since the only one left was on the south side, I eventually decided on another phone and got it from this location. Despite knowing exactly what plan I wanted, they suggested something a lot better that gave me even more data for a better price. They spent a good amount of time with me to get everything sorted out the way I wanted it and I was very happy to walk out with a new phone, more data, and a better price. Akram and Ibrahim were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and customer-focused. Very happy with my experience.

My husband and I tried to come in to get phones. The door was locked. That's fine. The service advisor opened the door and we asked if they were open. He said "yeah but what do you what?" Really? We're wearing our masks and sanitized again before entering. It just looked like there were 4 employees sitting around bothered to have to do anything. No one spoke or said hello besides the service advisor with the rude greeting. My husband has a temporary license and didn't realize he'd need a more sufficient ID since he has other cards but that's fine. We are currently going to get his Passport to buy two new phones from another location. We should have known better since when he called earlier to inquire about colours, he was told they don't have that one but he should try other stores "because we are a small one." Normally that would be helpful information but it's apparent they don't want to be working.

Just signed up with Rogers and looking to deactivate my account because of them. The employees are so lazy. They were playing on their phone and took too long to open the door even though the store was empty. From what I experienced they don’t want to work, they always tell you to call customer service even though I was told to visit the store by customer service. Very unhelpful and terrible service. I have never rated a one star to any store, but this one is definitely the worst store I have ever visited.

How are people rating this store less than 1 star? Reading the one star reviews, I will be commenting on them. When Moe was helping me (only reason I stayed with Rogers was because of him), 3 different customers tried to open the door and stand there waiting, not looking at the sign at the door at says to ring the doorbell and that they are open. Ignoring a sign when it's right in front of them is not the best way to start a interaction. I've followed Moe around from about 7 years ago when I met him at northgate, and he's provided me with the customer service anyone could dream of. If I could contact the Ceo of Rogers I would, just to give him a recommendation. I know he's the ONLY reason I'm still with Rogers and can guarantee others have had the same experience. As for the other review I read, no ID, ignoring a sign, and thinking that 4 reps need to help you? You must be very special. Not to mention that if the representative had to actually open the door, then you can't listen to simple instructions as to ring a door bell... I personally came to this location 4 times to see moe, because I know he does not pressure anyone into buying a phone at all. I personally didnt end up buying a phone because they were put of stock and the entire city was, but still get all my information from Moe because he actually shows that he cares. Not to mention that the other reps that work alongside him jump into the conversation and they work as a team. Not to say that it's something I hate, I don't mind it at all. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Moe!

I would gladly send people here. Noha was amazing to work with. She even helped my mother who has dementia get everything figured out. She was great. And shows that companies do deserve a second chance. Thank you
