★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a word medium quality! I believe I have had brand name chocolate in a better quality but not bad to try once! We asked for strawberries with melted chocolate on them and they said it doesn't come in one or two and we need to buy a package! So that was disappointing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the chocolate caramels that are sold separately. Even though I only go in every two months to get a few caramels, they always remember which ones I like. They have very friendly and professional customer service. Not to mention excellent and very delicious caramels.

She took her time to ask us about our dietary restrictions and recommended the chocolates accordingly. Also suggested the best combo and prize packs. I was throughly impressed. The marshmallow sticks are something else!

I live in Beaumont... received a delivery from Southgate Rocky Mountain the Friday before Mother's Day ... the Bomb box ...was very impressed with the taste of chocolates and presentation of chocolates .... just wish their were a few more in the box ... I would highly recommend surprising someone with a box of chocolates from this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way overpriced and unimpressed. How do you mess up chocolate?
We bought 3 peanut butter cups, 4 small chocolate pretzel sticks and a small chocolate bunny for $45.
The peanut butter cups were stale. The filling was powder. We threw half of them in the garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a caramel apple from the west edmonton location at 12 pm today. At 3 when my child was finishing it. She showed me that the apple had mold inside around the seed This is after she already ate the outer portion he cut for us. There is no way they didnt see the apple was rotten outside before they dipped them. Now if my child become sick from this i will not be very happy. I took a picture of the molds on the inside. I checked the other 2 apples and 1 had so much mold its insane.
