★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for the last weekend in August. Lots of privacy, fire pits and you are not wanting for beautiful views and wildlife. But umm I'd kinda like my fire wood befor supper because we wanted to cook on the fire instead of the camping stove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for families close to the river edge, and as well to gas staions and stores where you can get everythings, what you want, but no hot water and showers facilities?, and the owner is very nice guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for a day trip or camping! Very nice spot. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5, is because I think this place could be better by adding a playground for the kids, showers and washrooms. It's still an amazing spot but there's so much potential for this campground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been to this father and daughter run beauty of a site for ten mins @ 7pm and on a whim got set up with a riverside spot, firewood and and an extra picnic bench brought over. Such hospitality and kindness! Looking forward to a dip in the river then dinner and drinks! Thanks guys!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you take a chance and freestyle it and live on the edge during prime time camping ? season and you pull off in Rock Creek and find a top spot to glamp! River front spot trees ? all around and like like we’re at the beach! Wow! 5 ⭐️! Highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our time here. It’s really nice to be right on the River. Some spots have lots a trees and others don’t have any so it can be hit or miss if you just show up. There’s lots of outhouses and garbage bins around which is great for tenting. Also, all sites have a picnic table and a fire pit. My only real complaint is you get some road noise from the hwy but other than that, a great location for $30 per night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here about a month ago. Its a nice spot, but not taken care of very well. While we were there, we had a huge branch break off of a tree and narrowly missed one of us. Bloody scary. It did destroy a pop up tent, which is all the owners offered to pay for. Our other guess still had to pay for their stay. On top of it all, the phone number was never answered. Just went to voice mail, and there was no room to leave a message. Very poorly run.
