Many of you know, and some of you don't, Rocen Autosport in Yorkton is a privately owned vehicle dealership business by Todd and his wife Joan here in Yorkton SK. They are two amazing people! When I needed a new used vehicle Todd quickly set me up with a nice, clean and government safetied vehicle. But it didn't stop there! Todd went over and above his responsibility to help with issues that came up well past the warranty time period. He and his wife have made me feel like family. Todd welcomed me to let him know if any issue came up that he could help out with. Who does that? I really don't know of anybody else that owns a car dealership to be doing that for their customers. This is the best dealership to purchase a used vehicle in Yorkton! We have purchased 4 vehicles from Todd over the last 20 years and have never been disappointed. He only sells quality used vehicles and stands behind everything he sells. Todd is completely honest and gives full disclosure about the history of all his vehicles. There is no "rush" for a sale when you're making a decision on your purchase or even just " test driving". If he doesn't have what you're looking for on his lot, he'll help you find it! One of the best things about dealing with Todd is his absolute "top notch" customer service!! He goes "above and beyond " for all of his customers! From the time you buy your vehicle to his after sale service, "top notch" all the way! The last vehicle we purchased was 9 months ago and we recently had a concern with a specific noise it was making. Todd took the time to investigate and it turned out to be a very minor issue. His only concern was that the vehicle was safe for my Wife to drive and that we were happy. Todd, thank you for the great service over the years! You are greatly appreciated!
