We diagnose the problem with the vehicle, determining the extent of the repair and the time required. With this, and based on our experience, we can now quote a price that is fair to all concerned. Should the repair take less time than expected, we charge for the actual time spent.

Would like to thank Royal Honda again for there help in the purchase of our new 2022 Honda Civc Hatchback Sport Touring.Couple quick emails and the details where set in motion. Quotes where quick and efficient. Pam was very helpful with all financial questions. It was an amazing experience dealing with Royal Honda They provided outstanding service and they were so responsive and helpful I would thank Rentina specially for being so responsive and getting timely replies and handling situations very calmly and also being present there on her day off just for the delivery of Car Manager Jed is very kind and helpful as well Dealing with Royal Honda make you feel like family and not dealer. This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Royal Honda. Each time, we have been impressed by the professionalism of the staff we have dealt with. First time ever buying from a dealership and the experience was great! Dealt with a salesman named Mark and he was a dream to work with. He is incredibly friendly/funny, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and is a fantastic person to be around. He went above and beyond with his service, even offering to give the vehicle some extra detailing if we would be willing to wait a day to pick it up! If I ever needed another vehicle from Royal Honda, I would absolutely want to deal with Mark again. Thanks again Mark!

I bought Honda Civic 2019 from Royal Honda in Oct 2020. Jed and Pam helped me to get an approval at that time. I filed for a consumer proposal and I never expected that I will be approved for a better vehicle but Jed and Pam me it possible. I decided to trade in my Honda civic 2019 for a SUV as I have 2 dogs , 2 cats , My Fiance and my 11 yr old son so I needed a SUV. I sent an email to the general manager Clinton that I am looking to trade in my civic for a SUV. It was on a Sunday that I emailed him and thought that I will get a response by Monday but Clinton immediately responded to my email. Next day I went to the dealership and met Mark Woolley and Jed. I would say the service that I got at the dealership was still the same. It was excellent. Clinton personally came out from his office and welcomed me . They all made me feel so special . They all were very caring, pleasant professional, respectful . It was an amazing experience. I had been to other dealerships in the past and the only thing they look at it is their sales target and how it will benefit them but noone cares about the customer. Every staff at Royal Honda are very pleasant and nice to talk too. They make us feel very comfortable and the best part is they are very open and honest. If anyone is looking for a Vehicle please visit Royal Honda as they treat every customer as their family. They don't cheat , fool or give false information to gain profit. Thanks a lot for everything ???

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Royal Honda in Yorkton. All the staff were friendly and courteous. The salesperson was easy to deal with and promptly replied to my texts. The General Manager was mindful of my trip to the city and sent me the paperwork ahead of time so that I could pick up my plates on the way to the dealership. I would recommend Royal Honda to others interested is purchasing a vehicle.
