They gave a fair trade in price for our old vehicle and the incentives we were entitled to on the new one. Paragon motors offered us half the trade in and low incentives( 1.5k vs 6) which was insulting, so the move to Key was easy. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front end ( sales) has a bunch of elder statesmen that are very friendly and accommodating. It’s to bad the back end never followed suit. Service definitely needs some work . Times might be different due to Covid but ears need to be used to listen to concerns of vehicles being brought in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not even give a star. Why are you guys are even open?? Every time I call for work 2 week waiting time. On top of it when u have flat tire you have to wait for 2 weeks. Oil change which take less than 10 min wait for tomorrow we do not have staff at this point ( by the way it was 4:30 when I was there and they close at 5:30). When it comes at selling you sell telling all lies.
