★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent customer service and good on hand stock. I find the price in comparison to other tire and automotive services fairly high at this place, so make sure I shop around before heading here. I never had a bad customer experience with this place. Only downfall is price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said the bill would be around $250. told them not to work on it as I can get it fixed alot cheaper somewhere else. But they did it anyways.
What should I have done?
Should I have asked them to take back their rim and tyre.?
I paid the full amount just because I didn't want to argue.
2stars becouse Bob seems nice and honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was rude with no remorse, they dont take customers parts even I never opened the packages. I had to install the parts myself and still didnt get the wheel alignment I scheduled for. I travel 156km every day and have a family, this establishment is a farce.
