I had no intention on trading in my suv as I just put new tires on and had the brakes done... but they offered me a great price for my trade, and got me into a near top of the line Sorento and only increased my payment 3$. I had my 5 year old in the dealership for just about 3 hours while we went over the vehicle and signed paperwork, there was a vending machine with snacks so he was set.
I had issues with my last vehicle due to manufacturing problems but this is my 3rd vehicle with Kia. They have a great warranty program. The ONLY thing that would be beneficial is if they had a free courtesy car program, or if kia covered the full costs of a rental(which is just next door), instead of only 35$ a day with their warranty.

I was so happy with the service and the staff, the Manger was amazing to do business with got my keys coded and recall work done on my spectra5 and it was done in less than 1 and a half hours.

Good financing rates for new vehicles with the help of Finance manager Cal Campbell. Also, Paul is a Friendly, knowledgeable and honest person. Manager Joseph also helped us to purchase the new vehicle with good price. As I had made a switch the next day with my family....... very ACCOMMODATING AND PLEASANT STAFF. made sure we were well informed with everything before we left.
