★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this building for 2 years. The first year was okay but during my second year everything began to fall apart. Firstly, the building manager Lea-Anne is extremely unprofessional and downright racist. She was of no help when my apartment was broken into and expensive items of mine were stolen. The garage and compound of the building was also always getting broken into and vandalized, making it very unsafe at night.The cameras that are on the site also don't work effectively and can't be used to ensure your safety. She also ignored several attempts at communicating with her through email or phone calls. Finally, on my move out day Lea-anne also called the police on I and my Black roommates insisting that we were being aggressive with her, just because we asked her questions about our ignored attempts to contact her. Truly such a horror experience save yourself the time and live LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
