★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am moving into the Luxe this fall and ever since my initial interest and inquiry into leasing a suite in November 2020, the team has been very supportive and accommodating in helping with giving tours and sharing information regarding the suites. Gill has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs have been met and has made the entire process very smooth. Very excited to move in this fall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have yet to move in however with an in-person tour and great service Luxe London has provided me with nothing but excitement and ease with the entire leasing process. Gillian Heidary has been especially helpful, and is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns as they come. Can't wait to be staying here with the lovely staff to help, the security to keep me safe, and the fun social environment that will be thriving at the Luxe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living at Luxe London for 3 years now and it has been a great experience! The environment at this building is so friendly and the staff and the management team do a great job at providing a comfortable and safe space for those away from their home and families. The building manager, Gillian, is very helpful and warm and she handles the situations perfectly when there is an issue. I am very happy with the way that the building and the amenities are always very clean and shiny and spotless! The amenities such as the gym, study lounge, tanning, Jacuzzi, and many more, are one of a kind and leave you feeling luxurious and glamorous. I think that the building's name suits it very well. if you are planning to study at Western this is definitely the place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking to purchase a condo unit here. The price is fair but what they don’t tell you is that the Banks won’t give you approval for a mortgage as it is considered Student Housing; Lux promotes itself as a Young Professional Building. It took roughly 3 weeks to get the cheque back.
The amenities look great but are of cheap quality, the building is “guarded” but while we were there for our visit we saw a pizza delivery man walk right in and not have to check in with the front desk. Just my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into Luxe in 2020 and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I've gotten to know the staff on a first name basis. Gill is fantastic and has helped me coordinate moving units and has answered every question I've had. Sydney at the desk is welcoming and always smiles with a hello. Adam has been so helpful with my parking experience as well. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues that arise. The building is clean and beautiful and the location is fantastic. I could not be more pleased with my first apartment experience, and everyone here has really made the building feel like home. 100/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT live here. I lived here for 1 year and it was an absolute nightmare. We dealt with a lady bug infestation and a major leak the first time it rained (maintenance didn’t repair it - they literally just painted over it). Worst of all was the maintenance workers.. they were constantly entering our unit when we weren’t home with no notice. A couple of times they would just barge in without knocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER NOISY, rude staff (the male receptionist in front desk giving key and assigning parking).
Whenever you complain about the noise from neighbours, you end up with nothing being resolved because all they can do is to let the security come and talk gently to the noisy persons and that’s it. After that, your neighbours are still having parties late, having phone calls till around 2 am, yelling and laughing, and so on; and you will be suffering till the day you can end your tenancy here! No one else bothers to solve the problem even it is because of those who are being inconsiderate and impolite, interfering with your reasonable enjoyment such as a GOOD NIGHT.
Just rent here if you’re ready to be annoyed by other people because your room is not soundproof, and you can’t do anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst property group ever, they charge you more than 100$ for every single regular maintenance procedure which they should be responsible for, even replacing a light bulb cost you 90$. Extremely rude staff in the office, they will never apologize for any of their mistakes. They want the tenets to pay for everything including broken pipes that causes leak from the ceiling. Ants are in the building and there’s no pest control. They send out ridiculous emails charging you extra money and are afraid to reply then disappear when you debunk their lies. Don’t even think about living here!
