E	Ernest Ding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with this building! They obviously cannot guarantee residents’ safety. Several strangers tried to break into my property twice! One person even called us “Ching Chong”! So many crazy people here since they always scream in the hallway and disturb others! Last time when I was in the living room, several strangers were hitting our door and trying to break into my unit. Later on, there were a lot of people screaming in the hallway and called me and my friend “Ching Chong”. Just several minutes ago three people were trying to open our door AGAIN! Do NOT recommend anyone to live here if you don’t wanna be bothered and terrified when you’re watching tv in the living room! Worst experience EVER!
M	Moudy Ezzat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with this building! the managements are not professional at all SO RUDE. the maintenance manger has poor experience to fix stuff and I've been waiting over a year to have my app fixed but NO LUCK. the manger threatened and bully me for over than an 6 month now. sent me eviction note "noise complaint". I heard there is new management is coming I hope all the best for them!!!!

N	Nicholas Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ thin walls that made it impossible to rest during the day if you needed to. i could hear clear conversations in the unit adjacent to mine and construction sounds go through the wall. some units in this building are technically illegal (no light fixtures or windows in some bedrooms). we rented a "three bedroom" for just over $2000 that had two odd den type rooms in it with one door each, very small amount of ventilation in ceiling connected to our AC, but no window or overhead lighting. this is a fire hazard and we were not aware of this upon moving in. those working the building such as security guards are mostly good people and kind, but the manager verbally harassed us when we let them know we were subletting. back loading dock doors were constantly broken and garbage piles up quickly with the student population of the building. we saw many people throwing trash out of their windows into the back loading dock/parking lot area numerous times. the only positives were I never dealt with pests in my unit while living here though. i haven't even seen a spider. building was in pristine location for being close to bars/nightlife. we never had issues with utilities/lights being out and the kitchen and bathrooms were mostly up-to-date besides some cosmetic issues.
M	Matthew Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently left the building, I had to live through these conditions for months these pictures are actually recently just before I moved out there at the start of December. The building first off hasn’t had heat for probably 2 months now and won’t have heat till some time in 2022. The building offers no compensation for rent reductions in these conditions even tho people paid over 1600 in rent a month . the manager promised to have these dealt with from before summer and came to worst conditions. I’ve never had a balcony turn into a floating dock , water rising from the tiles leaks from the walls n roofs . The building has had construction going on for what feels like close to year so you can’t ever get a good rest. The building manager also doesn’t like to assume any responsibility I had water damages (electronics. etc) as my room would flood from the water on my balcony he told me my bed got soaked because I had my bed on the box spring on the floor not that because the building was leaking they always find ways to make you feel like it’s your fault when the buildings up keep seems to have just gotten worst. I know people on the 17th floor who are having issues with leaks and mould and i know people all the way down to the 7th floor that are having these issues. To bad I couldn’t post any of the videos of the building. Also since I moved out the building, the building manager threatened to tell me I was banned from the building since I moved out so I wasn’t allowed to enter the building to visit friends in the building.

To start, myself and my roommates have filed a request to have our washing machine fixed back in the beginning of February. It is now March and its has still no ben fixed. We have been without Laundry in our unit for almost a full month now. Its in your rental and leasing agreement that you should be able to have Laundry in your unit as it is included and we have been without it for almost a month now and have received no compensation and no assistance on this mater. The service at this building is brutal. We have reached out numerous times requesting assistance and there has been no response form he properly manager or building manager. We also had bed bugs in our unit. We had requested to get he old mattresses removed from the unit as it is a health and safety concern and there was no response on what should be done. Imagine having to live in a unit after it getting sprayed with a bed that has had bed bugs on it? Unbearable. If I could go back I would have never signed my lease with this company. I strongly encourage all of those looking at this property to reconsider. If I could give half a star I would.
