He is very knowledgeable and best of all he doesn’t just want his clients to find any old house, he wants them to find THE house. He could of easily pushed us towards buying a house early on in the process, but he wanted to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. It is obvious he isn’t just in it for the commission - he genuinely wants you to find the right house for you. His attention to detail in the buying process saved us a lot of headaches and surprises down the road. He was very honest, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend him to you whether you are a first time homebuyer or you have been through the process many times before.

He sold our house for us and rolled up his sleeves and got to work fixing and replacing many things in and around the house, also using his own stuff to stage our home prior to listing. He knew what items home inspectors and potential owners may negatively focus on and fixed/replaced all of these items, to get ahead of any concerns and allow a buyer to focus on the best version of our home. All supplies and materials were paid for by him (including a new chandelier!). I've bought and sold several homes over the years and no other real estate agent came anywhere close to the level of care and attention Robin provided us. All of what I mentioned is in addition to the high degree of knowledge, advice and skill we were expecting from him as a seasoned and respected Realtor.

He provided a 'to do' list which helped increase the overall value of the home. Robin also took the time to go over recent sales and comparable homes so we could have a conversation with respect to what price the house should be listed. My home was listed at a fair market price and the transaction went smoothly. Now using Robin again to help find my next home.
