★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend to stay here. Since summer has started, the AC does not work at all. Also, the noise of the construction every day even the holidays is horrible. There is no respect to the residents of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled a viewing for a unit at 7pm. Spoke with Nancy, said she be right down. An an hour goes by, no updates. Tried calling, no answer. I left. Unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived here for many years now. Very affordable. Huge apartments. CENTRAL AIR! The AC is a Godsend in the summer. Building management has always been excellent.
Only downside is the noise from construction/renovations. Very frustrating if you like to sleep in past 8am and has been a constant almost my entire time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something is always broken. Parking garage is a disaster that always floods or drips rust/paint onto your car and completely ruins the finish. AC is usually "broken" but I think they just like to save money. Not worth the rent price if you are new. I've been here for a few years so I have cheaper rent/free hydro and that's the only reason I stay. The biggest problem though is they renovate all the new places to have hardwood instead of carpets. The building clearly wasn't built for it and you will hear everything through the ceiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have loved here a LONG tome and for the first few years, it was great. The staff at the building are still fantastic, but management is sinking and the building is going downhill. Something is always broken. At least one of the elevators has been down for practically every weekend of the last month. This year, the AC broke so it didn’t get turned on until after a five day heat wave (this conveniently happens most years but there’s always a different reason for it breaking). Even after they did a bunch of garage repairs, it still floods and constantly smells like mold. I used to recommend this place to everyone, but not anymore. The only reason I stay is because I am grandfathered in at cheap rent ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is construction going on on the outside of the building. It is a 4 year project, so constant noise! My biggest complaint is that during this time of covid, the construction co. Tangent has chosen to lock our patio doors from the outside so residents cannot at anytime use their balconies! It is inhumane as there is a lot of seniors and disabled people in the building with nowhere to go! Our balcony is the only place for some of us to get outdoor air. Patios are locked 24/7 and we should have the opportunity to use the balcony after hours and on weekends! Update, 1 month later and we are still not able to use our balcony! I think Ravi has the responsibility to enforce a finish date!
