β β β β β We live in the condo building next door. Our building doesn't have much of a yard so one day we let our young kids play in the empty green space here. They were being quiet, respectful and of course were fully supervised. A nasty lady came out aggressively questioning which unit we live in and then told us to leave immediately as this is "private property". If this is who lives in the building I wouldn't want anything to do with it. Also, the building appears to be ageing and requires some significant updating.

β β β β β In response to Darcy deVereβs comment on their experience here on the private grounds of Westpark, I was actually witness to this incident. Their comment about a nasty lady was actually our assistant superintendent asking them if they were residents in Westpark as the grounds are private property. She was not nasty but very polite letting them know it was in their best interest to find another location for their child to ride their bike. Suggestions would be the Red Pine Park or General Burns. And, by the way, our Westpark Condo is extremely well maintained thank you. We residents are like family here so when you offend one of us we are very protective.
