Our dog needs time to get use to a new place and he can be a bit scared so they called us to offer to book him during a less busy time and it went really well. Yukki took the time and she is really nice with our dog. The price is a bit more expensive than what I'm used to, but I think it's worth it; they use really good products too for my dog's sensitive skin and keep the info in his file. It's appreciated. I recommend the place!
F	Fifi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off my dog for a full grooming and the groomer called me within an hour saying she couldn't handle my dog as he was trying to jump out of the tub??? My bf went to pick him up immediately and they charged him $45 for it. My dog came back home ALL WET and we had to blow dry him AT HOME. I called the next day trying to understand the situation and they said my dog was stressed because there were other dogs there in the same room barking at him. I asked what was the charge for and they said it was for nail clipping and shampooing??? Totally unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL. My dog has been groomed for many times before, with other dogs around and none of the groomers had any issues with him. The only reason we tried this place is because we moved to the area. When the groomer called me, I can hear from her voice that she was upset so no wonder my dog was stressed out!

Groomer looked at dogs before grooming confirmed only my one dog was matted and would be more $$. Got there both dogs ended up being same price?? Asked how clerk said to ask groomer. Groomer comes back out and says that's the price for both no explanation why. I paid and left. They accommodated me screwing up my appointment time thought maybe why charges more. No clue but both my dogs are under 15lbs cost me almost $200 for both. Not used to paying that much. I usually pay $130 for both in Niagara. First groom in ottawa

Very patient, gentle, and loving, and does a great job at freshening our cats up. We all enjoy going to her and would recommend her services to anybody! Great price for the service as well, and a lovely shop with a very kind owner also. Thank you so much!!

After years of searching for the perfect groomer for our Jackson, we hit the jackpot with Yukki. No waiting for weeks for an appointment! We highly recommend and support this business!
