The people who I have had contact with and groomers have all been great. They also have a really flexible schedule so I can usually get my puppy in last moment.
A	Amanda Case on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my terrier mix rescue in yesterday for a groom. She's a new adoption and we weren't sure if shes ever been groomed or how she tolerate it. In the end she did great! The women who cut her was very kind and did an amazing job, she was patient and careful with my dogo! She looks great, and I already booked her next session.
R	Rachel Macdonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a previous review , now that I’m more educated about Maltipoo’s and matting i have to change my review, Chantel gave Luna one of the best cuts she’s ever had. I’m so sorry about previous review, I hadn’t had Luna that long when I took her here, as I mentioned I think she has had probably the best cut she’s ever had. Chantel is very knowledgeable about what looks good on each dog. I show this photo to other groomers when I’m explaining what I want . Overall this groomer will give your dog the best cut you’ll ever have ... I can’t rave about how excellent she is. I hope one day we can return so she can get a good cut again, nobody has measured up to the cut she received there. Many apologies Chantel ??‍♀️

She was so patient, and did exactly what I asked for. I loved how quiet and relaxed the place was, we will definitely be back! Thanks Robyn!!
E	Esty Vardy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know how there is such a high review rating. This was the worst groomer I’ve ever been to. There were more dogs than tables, with the ones waiting their turn on the floor running around distracting the dogs being groomed. They took over three hours to groom a 6 pound dog, which resulted in a choppy, uneven cut that wasn’t the cut I asked for, then charged $90 for it. I tried to rectify the situation by emailing directly when we got home and noticed how bad it was, to avoid this review. Unfortunately, the response was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I shared my concerns and they came back with excuses. The owner had her dog in and that’s what made it look busy. One dog doesn’t make a place look busy, and why wouldn’t the owner choose a different day…like the day the place is closed, and not contribute to the the chaos. The lady I assume was grooming said dog, was visibly frustrated and impatient. All the dogs were panting (sign of anxiety and stress). We feed off each other. My dog got excited when people came in, so it took longer to groom him. He’s young and totally distracted with the other dogs and being in eyesight of the front door. Maybe have a place tucked away for dogs that need it, and not assume all are ok with constant commotion. Then finished with, ‘sorry you didn’t like the groom’. A response that doesn’t take responsibility for the poor service, or the 5 star price they don’t deserve to have been paid.

We took our last dog here for a long time and when he got a little older and had some mobility issues, Lisbeth was always so careful and patient with him. Now we take our 10 month old, 80lb high energy puppy here and again, she knows exactly what to do and he always comes out looking PAWFECT! We love that all the dogs are able to walk around and play together while they dry and wait to be picked up. Highly recommend!

We have been here twice while visiting in Ottawa and both times were when we were turned away rudely by other places. They were SO nice and genuinely excited about grooming our sweet boy Looch. Turns out after searching through all of Google maps (I don't know the Ottawa area) that my friends live up the street from here and also highly recommend Furry Tails as they've had great experiences with both their dogs. So friendly and attentive, thank you for such a wonderful experience ?✨

I used to have a cat and they cared for her really well, and paid attention to any issues, including areas where she was most sensitive. I now have a dog, and they are really caring when I drop him off, he enjoys going there for his bath and groom. Definitely recommend it!
