Recently a friend purchased a vehicle from another Ford dealership the followup they received was incredible, wanting to make sure the individual was happy with their purchase and made a big deal of their purchase with pictures and a few emails as well. Riverside Ford could learn something from this model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 2017 Ford Escape. My dealership in Harrow, Ont replaced both deflector sheilds Oct 2020. We were just traveling to East coast and one side fell down. Riverside Ford put new screw in for free. Big thank you to them!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get none of your work done here. Will cause a wheel to fall off. Got bearings done here once and they used improper grease. My hub almost fell off. I suggested proper grease to be redone with but they said they used the proper grease and will redo it with same grease. So I said I won't be having them work on it agian. Refusal to warrenty parts they sold me so I could do it myself. If you can believe this their service rep told me my hub is supposed to be somewhat loose. Until this happened Never coming back, never will I buy a vehicle from here. Off to napa.

After visiting Riverside Ford Sales Limited I was so impressed by everyone I met and the general "atmosphere" that I decided to entrust its care to them. Stanley Preece in the Parts Department secured difficult to find specialty tires and sourced parts for me from across Canada and the United States. Henny Stegeman, Chief Service Advisor, arranged all the service items I wanted, explained how they would be conducted and ensured that my convertible was properly placed on the hoist to avoid frame damage that is too common to S197 model Mustang convertibles. Service Tech Mitchell was thorough and treated my "baby" as if it was his own. I was in the dealership for three hours while the service was being conducted and was treated respectfully by all personnel during that time as were all other customers. The entire experience must be rated as 5 star. I recommend, without any reservation whatsoever, Riverside Ford Sales Limited to family, friends and anyone who wants value for money and for their vehicle's well being to be respected. Nicely done all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully knowledgeable staff were able to diagnose and find a bad wheel bearing. They kept me informed of when the new part would arrive. Unfortunately the new part was defective and my vehicle had to stay longer, but Riverside did not charge me for the extended stay. They were extremely professional and compassionate when they found out my mother had passed away and allowed my vehicle to remain with them an extra week free of charge until I could get to them with payment. I highly recommend Riverside for all your vehicle needs
