★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are good at collecting money, but at my property, we can't get the eavestroughing cleaned, we have no decent landscaping, the paint is peeling, the sprinklers don't work, etc, etc. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suzy just made my day! I lost my keys down an elevator shaft of one of the buildings they manage and instead of making me replace all my keys at significant cost they went out of their way to arrange for the elevator guy to retrieve my keys! Suzy YOU ROCK!

For the last 6 weeks a self proclaimed hobbyist tile layer who boasts that he is close friends with the owner of " Richmond propert group" has been trying to replace the tiles.
The tiles leading to the bathrooms are not flat and you can feel them wobble beneath your feet, that is a major slip and fall hazard.
There is dust all over the floors and walls from laying the tiles as he does not clean up at the end of his day. The fire truck came on Jan 2, 2022 because he was grinding away at the stairwell and the sparks set off the fire alarm.
This is very dangerous and Richmond Property Group doesn't seem to care.
