★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to send along my sincere gratitude for your services. My Dad recently spent some time in the hospital do to a serious breathing issue. And after his release he and I were worried about his oxygen needs. I emailed for information about at home oxygen via your website and was contacted that day ( after business hours which was truly amazing) by the senior therapist Ed MacDonald. He promised to call the next day to discuss my Dad’s needs. Ed not only met my Dads needs he also conveyed so much compassion and knowledge that both my Dad and I now feel a sense of relief and confidence that we are in good hands going forward. Thank you so much for the kindness and care you provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strange response from the man at the front desk. He told me the prescription my MD gave me was insufficient, and that I need to go back for an assessment. When I asked him to provide me with a list of what they require to serve me, he gave me nothing, and insisted I go back to my MD and have them send "more information."
After talking to my MD's secretary, I was informed that the prescription they gave me is all I need to get home oxygen therapy. This is so unprofessional. I think he sent me packing because he just didn't know how to help me. I wouldn't be trusting these people to help me with my health.
