We were pre-approved for a mortgage through another company. When we gave an offer on our house, we told that current mortgage broker. She then said we were not approved for the mortgage and our offer was accepted--big trouble awaited us. Richard contacted us on request from our realtor. He worked tirelessly for us. He was relentless (in a good way) . He was in constant contact with us, providing information every step of the way. Richard was so very kind, and extremely informative. I recommend Richard to everyone and anyone who is looking to buy a home. He truly was a life saver for us!!!
