I recommend Harpreet because i knew he was an honest and hard working guy.
Harpreet made things happen for him fast, simple with no stess involved.
He now has the mortgage he needed and is in a very good financial situation.

β β β β β My wife and I put a conditional offer on a beautiful property overlooking Lake Ontario. The condition was on selling our existing house. Assuming that we may have to firm up our offer before selling our home we prepared for potential financing. I contacted Harpreet Babra a BMO Mortgage Specialist. We were impressed from day one. He was very honest, caring and very helpful. Harpreet explained the new mortgage rules which would require us to cash some investments to qualify for a mortgage on the new new house. Harpreet got a mortgage approved. A firm offer came in on the property before we sold our house and we had to firm up or loose the purchase. This we did remove the conditions and for a period of time we owned both properties. This was a stressful time but Harpreet was there for support. He even waived the appraisal fee on the new house. We highly recommend Harpreet if you want peace of mind in securing a mortgage.

He is efficient, professional and gets the job done. Being a new home buyer, I asked many questions. He was always available to take my call and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that helped me understand. Looking for a new home can be stressful but Mr. Babra always kept me informed and made me aware of the next steps or what to expect. Always made me feel confident in the process. I am a new home owner thanks to Mr. Barba. If it wasn't for him I don't know how I could deal with the stress of purchasing a home.
