★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is very small and there is limited parking out back. The people there have always been very nice and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. There are separate ATM's for when the bank is closed and have just installed the brand new kind. You can deposit cheques and money without envelopes and there is no delay between when the money becomes available.

BMO commercial Toronto after 11/2 weeks could not provide what I needed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to inquire about a cosoldation loan with the financial services manager Sergio and I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere in my life. I'm sure because he wanted to get home on time, I was ungratefully walked through the process with no help in the end at all. Waste of my time and I will never return to this branch nor recommend anyone even bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this location zero stars I would. I Have never been a location that has such rude tellers. Everyone's faces are grumpy. I had also called to open a business account and after having to wait days to hear back from someone... they guy had no idea what he was talking about, he said he would send me the files with what options I have and what I need to sign.. yet I never received a single email from him! I could tell when we spoke that he knew nothing about what bmo had to offer. Plz do yourself a favor and don't go here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Guarda and Brinks trucks that make deliveries here park in the intersection making it dangerous to cross the road for pedestrians and dangerous for traffic to navigate the intersection. I always thought it was a dangerous place to park but tonight I witnessed an accident specifically caused by this situation.

I made all my monthly payments on time and they said I didn't which made an overdraft. I had receipts. They came up with there figures and said it wasn't paid.
I had to pay the overdraft plus I had to pay cash wouldn't accept transfers to close the acct. I have been with the RBC for years the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great when going in this branch, I'm a bit old school and prefer to get to know the faces and names of the people that handle my funds and transactions as opposed to using machines. The staff are great to deal with and seem interested that my needs are taken care of each visit. Thanks to everyone at BMO Dundas
