★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service recieved from one of the staff here. My husband signed up for and was approved for a credit card over a month ago ...he still has not recieved the card. I called in his behalf over two weeks ago to ask about y the status of the card and was told by the same attendant that attended my husband in this matter that the card is ready and we should receive it within 1 to 2 weeks. Since then, we still have not recieved anything and every time my husband tries to call this attendant, he doest answer and doest return calls or email. Very unprofessional and didssapointing. You would think in this day and age, you wouldn't have to wait over a month to get a credit card..... I have nothing against RBC but the slowness and unresponsiveness of the staff at this branch is just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently living in the USA but came up for the weekend for my brothers wedding and only had one day to get everything done for my banking. When we walked in the man who helped me at the front mentioned that we would need an appointment but he was nice enough to squeeze us in within a half hour. We met with Abedul and he was so helpful! We are so fortunate that they were able to fit us in on such short notice and also to help us out with everything we needed! If we are ever back in Dundas we will definitely be using this bank for our future banking needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good experience last week with this branch. I never write reviews but felt this person needed to be shouted out. Nelson, at the Dundas ON branch, was extremely helpful and patient with my banking needs. I was not kept on the phone for a long period of time....which was nice. Although I am still waiting for the requested info to be emailed to me...I am super happy with how RBC handled my banking requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No stars if I could waiting on a bank card for a month still nothing don't go here if u want and actual bank account with an actual bank card you can use. I was given a call from the manager after seting up the account stating that I met up with their best advirsor which scares me if that is what they have to offer. The meeting itself wasn't bad in fact it was good what I don't appriciate is that when I called a few weeks ago for an update I was told he didn't even fill the paper work for the bank card itself.
