★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the staff a very friendly, and the location is great for those of us who work downtown, the sad fact is the supply management system is lacking. Every time I do need to pop in for some OTC Pain Meds, they are out. Same excuse every time. Americans bought it all. Well Rexall, maybe this Canadian will NOT be buying anything from now forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were young staff (girls) and older female staff. Young ones were not friendly but the others were friendly and helpful. I didn't like the girl at the counter collecting money one bit. Not friendly at all. When I went there second time, there were older friendly staff so it was pleasant than previous visit.
Not sure price wise if it's reasonable or not but it's a fairly large pharmacy near where I stayed so.
Friendly = 5 starsstars. not friendly = 1 star for wherever I go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Victoria visiting family and went in to the Douglas St Rexall, store #7121, and was very impressed at how nice the staff are there! I work at a Rexall up island and it was great to see the Rexall theme of great customer service at play at a different store! Good job, all! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad shopping experience for me today. First, the security guy wanna be was yelling at me for taking more than two packs of toilet paper(8 rolls each) which was not posted on the shelf for any limitation! Then I tried to talk to the store manager who was very rude and ordered me to leave the store! I hope that they will not do the same to other customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Saturday on-line appointment to get a flu shot but no store can tell me where this is to happen. I also have a pneumonia shot which I paid $100 for and can't get an injection anywhere! shoppers charges $20. I guess I have to administer this shot myself, and find a flu shot - or not. sucks. rexall sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff said they didn’t know if they had more of a product in the back, but when I asked if they could check, they said they knew for sure there wasn’t any. If you’re too lazy to go check it’s cool, just say so. Stock is often out
