Trash pharmacists don't do their jobs. Said pharmacists were told to transfer my prescription from another rexall and have it ready in a reasonable amount of time. Quite obviously none of that happened, even three days later, as I come to pick up a non-existent prescription. A day without antibiotics for my terribly infected corneal ulcer later, I am able to retrieve the remainder of my prescription from the previous store, and will never be giving my business to rexall again. Avoid this location at all costs. There are two shoppers drug marts both literally two minutes away.

I am a new client as I have recently moved to the area and thought it would be best practice to have my prescriptions moved closer to home. I have health issues and need medication. When getting my profile set up, presented my driver's license, health card, insurance and a new prescription from my doctor (doctor knew I was changing pharmacies). Enough government ID to create the correct profile. Was told that I would receive a text message that I would have to respond to so I would get alerts when my medication is ready after ordering. Great! Right???? I left and waited. Well nope, two days later I went back and said I was looking for my medication, didn't get a text alert. The technician proceeded to tell me one was sent because my medication is waiting for me. I was confused, searched my phone messages ready to apologize for missing their message. She hands me my medication, look at the label, and there you have it, my name, my doctor's address and phone number. She pointed to the number and said that's the number we sent to message to. I'm, that's not my information. She brushed it off and said my insurance covered it and walked away. Sorry about the long review but I have noticed their is no response from Rexall in regards to fixing very important client confidentiality issues as my medication still doesn't have my correct information. I am going to have to find another pharmacy that upholds the importance of 1. Confidentiality 2. Absolute customer service and 3. Pharmacy technicians and staff that realize the importance of this situation. I would go back to my old pharmacy but the drive is very long. Any suggestions??

Besides the negative comments about the pharmacy, to which I don't use, and obviously they need some work to get up to par. But the workers, cashiers are some of the most friendly, upbeat people I've experienced in a store. I even commented that they seem so happy, so rare now a days. It's contagious, great mgmt perhaps, keep up the good work, kudos to the workers.

Christina The worst pharmacist ever. She is so very rude and unhelpful. She is a disgrace to the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Be careful. She is a scammer. Thinks she knows more than the doctor. Be careful ppl. Make sure you get the exact medication that the doctor prescribed before leaving the pharmacy.

Sherry and Malik at the post office are always super friendly and nice! I do a lot of online shopping and they know me by face even with masks on. Absolutely the best service here! The cashiers at the front are pretty nice too!

My family spend around 10 thousand dollars a year for medications and the Rexall employees (with only one exception,a very helpful pharmacy techician guy) are so rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist, Christina In is "10 times smarter" than the doctors who prescribe the medicine. I know that it is against deontology if a pharmacist comments a doctor prescription in any way,but this one knows better.Last year I decided to move to Shoppers, but I gave one more chance (I asked if 10,000 dollars a year means nothing, the answer was:go shop around!) I still regret i didn't change the pharmacy; this time I will; yesterday Christina refused to give me the prescription because the doctor didn't specify the exact dosage instead of TAKE AS DIRECTED;so I have to call my doctor to tell him that he must write the prescription the way Christina In want.

My favourite location. I go for my prescriptions. Pharmacy staff are always helpful and friendly. In the heat of the pandemic I could trust this Rexall to be clean and safe which is why I often stopped here to get essentials instead of the grocery store. I wish the selection of refrigerator and freezer food was bigger but they do have great options in a hurry. Keep up the awesome work staff!!
