★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm appalled that a negative review was given by someone who has never dealt with this business. We have been loyal customers for many years. We first came to Ingrid when there was a death in the family overseas and our existing agent was too busy to help us with a flight. This was way before you could book your own online. I walked into Ingrid's and told her the situation and she made it a priority to book my flight. That is exactly what we all need in those difficult times.
