★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst possible shop in whole of Ontario. I almost got scammed into paying $250 while the salesman told me I would be paying $2 for the product. I think he wanted to get the other $248 for himself. They are a living, breathing example of a scam in a mall. Horrible service and horrible people. They should be fired and they should brush their teeth.

As a business owner myself, I will do what it takes to make my customers happy. Unfortunately this business only cares about your money, not you. Just money in their pocket. Save yourself the trouble and don't step foot in there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit that I wasn't interested at first but once I tried the sample they gave me it brought me back to the mall.
The moisturizer I tried was amazing and very light.
I ended up getting more products from the girl at the store, Alex. I liked the fact that she took her time with me and explained properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to share my experience in this shop. I know this product from last year as a Christmas gift from my friend, I have sensitive skin so I was a bit concerned to use it
Now I know this line is the best for me.
Yesterday I came to purchase my cream that just run out. A girl there gave me the best service I ever had, she spent with me half an hour explaining me is that how the product works and what is more beneficial for my skin!!! I appreciate the time she invest on me it was the best service I ever got and a great product!

Please do not go there or talk to their employees and for sure do not take their samples. Who knows what they might ask in return… Worst people… spoiled my mood and my trip to the mall.
I am walking and minding my own business. One of their male employees call me to give me a free sample. I ask 100% free sample and no strings attached? They say Yes, 100% free. I go and take it and then their other lady employee comes to me and how can you take this like this? He is going to explain to you about this… I said, I don’t want any details and then she goes on to say then how can you take this…. Is this the way to do business???
