★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight I came in for a specific item under the impression it was on hold. There was a slight miscommunication on both sides regarding this product so when I showed up I realized it was a different model. I ended up purchasing this product still but what made this experience so much better was the staff, especially the Sales Associate who was helping me . She went above and beyond to turn this experience around for me even though it was at the end of her shift. The employees in this location trully care about their customers and go the extra mile to make you feel warm and welcome every time. I feel comforted knowing such caring and compassionate people work here. After a stressful day it's nice to know people care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love shopping at this store, and always have! The staff are helpful, friendly, and informative. It has been especially nice to shop here recently, seeing smiling, welcoming FACES! I also appreciate that this is somewhere I can shop where my legitimate exemption to the mask by-law is accepted, without question. Keep up the good work, we are customers for life!

And I Love it that they are amazingly accommodating and understand the bylaw and don't harass people who are exempt from wearing masks. Such a great store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this health food store. They have a wide array of grocery, beauty, cleaning and health products. I have never had a problem with their customer service experience. All the staff are always knowledgeable and eager to help and answer questions for patrons. As I am medically exempt from wearing a mask, I respect and can appreciate that some of the that staff members also have medical exemptions. I have never felt unwelcome or ashamed to state my exemption to the staff as I feel the store has a clear understanding of the bylaws and regulations around masks, unlike some stores wear I have been harassed by multiple staff members. This is a great store and I will continue to support and buy from them as it has always been a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice bright, clean and well kept store. A good variety of supplements, beauty supplies and grocery items. Healthy Planet has the best prices in the area for the supplements that I take on a regular basis. The service is just okay, it would be nice if staff engaged more with customers on the floor. At the cash counter the staff is usually nice and polite.
