Erin was phenomenal with Tommy (13 yr old dog)!! It's been hard finding a good groomer that works well with older dogs and Erin provided my dog alot of care and breaks. His attitude after the grooming Appt was happy and excited, telling me he was in the best hands possible. Thank you so much Erin and we'll definitely be booking with you again โ˜บ๏ธ

We have always had great experience here. Did you know they have a fish hospital to nurse your fish back to health? Josee in the fish dept has been exceptional!

Not happy with grooming. Appointment was rescheduled by them. Had to wait another week and half. My dog looked horrible if not worse for the 3hrs they had her. I took her to another grooming salon in Cambridge that did her in 1hr and she looked beautiful. Sorry, but they need to figure out staffing and hire experience.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My pupper loves going into the store, visiting the groomers, getting lots of pets and treats, and going to training classes. The trainer Colleen is amazing and will help accommodate schedules if a class is missed and needs to be made up etc. We even signed up for a session and were able to put it on hold until we felt more comfortable with the current health situation. I am constantly impressed with the dedication everyone shows to the customers and their people :D.

We had dog's growing up as kids. Now with our own kids + dog it's a little different. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in many dog categories. She offered good advice without being pushy. We will continue to visit because of the service.

Do better. If you donโ€™t have room for bettas, donโ€™t sell bettas. This is disgusting. And not okay just because โ€œlots of stores do it.โ€ Disgusting.

The people who work there are always pleasant and friendly. They also have a very good return policy - I had bough several pairs of winter booties and jackets for my dog, which I forgot about as she passed away very soon after they were purchased. I found them months later (after winter), and figured I see if I could get anything back for them. Since I still had the (electronic) receipt, they were able to refund the whole amount! The lady at the cash was very sweet and didn't seem to mind that I was crying a bit when talking about my pupper. 10/10 will be shopping here again. ?

Update - Sept 16 - Groomers Peanut had a great time with Kerri today! Kerri was phenomenal! She was super friendly and had a warm welcoming when we arrived. She took the time to spend with Peanut so she wasn't nervous or rushed and got her all cleaned up. Also, nice job on the nails! No sharp bits!! Peanut was her only dog in the morning so she called me when peanut was ready and she just spent the time giving her love and cuddles!!! Peanut even got a few Halloween stickers because she was so good!!! Thank you again and I will definitely book again!! July 2021 - Update Groomers I really like the way all the staff treated myself and my dog Peanut. It was her first time at the Groomers and they took their time with her so she wasn't rushed or stressed out. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to explain the different packages! I will go back again for sure!! They kept her longer to introduce her to everything and they called me with an update and to say she was ready for pick up!! Excellent experience! Thank you Faith and others involved!! The only thing I wish they recommended to do the nail grinding as my dogs nails were sharp after. June 2021 - Overall I had a great time shopping for our new foster fail pup! She is a 3 year chihuahua rescue and I love to spoil her. This was her first time in pet smart and she was an angel! The lady at the front who greeted us, it was her first day! She was very friendly and peanut even sniffed her (which is a huge accomplishment). We spoke to 3 other associates to find various things and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful even though they were lacking on stock! We will definitely go back again! The experience was great and it was nice and quiet in the store. Thanks Pet Smart!
