The technicians they sent out to our home showed up early and were both knowledgeable and respectful of our home and concerns. I highly recommend Restoration1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them in to my house to dry out 2 floors after my dishwasher failed. They came in less than a hour! Bryce and his crew did a fantastic job they treated my house as they would treat there's. Bryce did an amazing job at easing the stress of the situation. I would suggest Restoration 1 if you ever have water problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corey is very nice, seems knowledgeable and showed up in a timely matter. My issue is with the significant quote/deposit amount. In my situation I needed an official second opinion on the water damage in my house but charging $500 for a 10 minute quote/inspection is not reasonable. In hindsight I should have not paid but being in a sticky situation I hastily handed over my credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seal on my washing machine went and flooded my basement. Restoration1 came out at 3 AM, about 20 minutes after I called about the emergency, and immediately got to dewatering the basement. They were extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. My basement was back to normal in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier! 10/10 would recommend to anyone stuck in a similar situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our basement flooded after an outdoor hose bib broke. They were quick to respond and bring the situation under control. The staff were amazing in terms of politeness , workmanship, and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction with the work that was being done . We cannot say enough in regards to their professionalism and ability to get the job done in the shortest time possible. If you ever have a need for their services our experience with this company was totally positive an we highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pleased to provide this review with regards to the service and professionalism of the staff at Restoration 1.
I've had the displeasure of using a different Edmonton based Fire/Water restoration company prior to Restoration 1, and the difference in the level of approach and overall completion is well worth mentioning.
They arrived with in an Hr, immediately alleviating the damages.
During and afterwards communicated all aspects of the rebuild process. Working closely with the condo board, comforting me with confidence towards the light at the end of the tunnel. Water damage can be a very unpleasant experience.. Team members to mention, had patience, and put in what I believe was added effort to minimize my unfortunate outcome. They communicated with soft responses, which at the time myself was having much difficulty with.
Thank you Corey, Adam, Blaine plus all who helped. Well earned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restoration1 was quick to come cut out our ceiling when we had some water damages from the bathtub above. However I have been less than impressed of their response time to have the job completed. We have been waiting 3 weeks to receive a quote from the project manager regarding the completion of the job. (Replacing ceiling hole that was cut out) I was told by Bryce that we would receive a quote via email by the end of the day... this was weeks 3 ago. Will definitely be considering going elsewhere to get the job completed.
