S	Sohrab Naushad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of Rest Easy Property Management for about 2 years. Scott and his team have done an amazing job! The whole process was very smooth. Scott gave it to me straight when we were signing the contract. He came to visit the property and went over the whole contract with me in detail before signing. He very easily placed ads for the property, did walk throughs and was able to find an excellent tenant. The team has excellent communication and good network of contractors that are able to do work at subsidized prices. A few times they did the work for free (my tenant needed new bulbs for some appliances and they went out of their way to buy the bulbs and deliver them to the tenants free of cost). Their prices are very fair and I couldn't recommend them more. Nothing beats small business customer service and I would choose them over a big name property management company any day.

Scott was great to talk to and quickly established expectation clarity regarding what to expect if we chose his company to manage our rental property. As a result we decided to move forward with Rest Easy. We were living out of country and were literally able to rest easy knowing that concerns that arose would be dealt with quickly and capably. Calls were always returned promptly, any necessary repairs done quickly and at very fair prices. Scott has years of experience and was very generous with his time and advice on any matters of concern that arose. He even returned calls outside of regular work hours , which really impressed both my Wife and I. All Rest Easy staff that we worked with were professional and courteous. They completely handled everything about listing the property for rent and then screening the prospective tenants. Once a tenant was found, Rest Easy would take care of all communications with the tenant, collect rent and provide me with detailed monthly/yearly statements. For someone who is not handy like myself, Rest Easy made sure the property was in good condition and would handle all the repairs and appliance breakdowns with their great network of trusted contractors while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Rest Easy is truly a godsend for a neophyte rental property owner like myself. Highly recommended.

It was very difficult to get anything done at that time because of all the lock downs. Rest Easy helped us rent a house and took care of some problems with the house immediately. The entire staff were so great to work with. We moved to New Brunswick when we purchased a house. We highly recommend Rest Easy as a property management company. In todays world it is refreshing to deal with such a pleasant and professional company.

They do the basics well (pick tenants, collect and deposit rent, respond to all calls and questions, provide multiple options to problems as well as their recommendation) but they also go a step beyond. When I told them we needed to sell our place, they recommended a realtor, told us our tenant was interested in buying it, and then when our tenant bought it, they let us out of our property management agreement early with no fee. We’ve had our share of property managers before, but I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else in the future as his company has been by far the best I’ve ever dealt with.

They have been amazing every single year that I've been with them. From the very start, they found me incredible tenants. On an ongoing basis, they help me with things like repairs and maintenance when needed. Communication is top notch whenever they need my attention, or when I need theirs. Since I'm out of province, they are my hands and feet in Ottawa, and I find their network of contractors and companies used for maintenance and repair to be very good. Honestly, I'm just so happy I found these guys when I needed to entrust my property into someone's care. I am not familiar with what other companies charge for these services these days, but I know that every penny is well spent with Rest Easy! Thank you for the ongoing service, professionalism and top notch customer service. You guys are the best!
