★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumi is so incredible. I really had no idea what to expect when going to see a pelvic floor therapist, but she does a great job at putting you at ease and explaining everything. She is also very respectful, so she always asks permission and consent before touching or doing any exams. Another great thing is that she let's you decide what treatment route you want to take - she gives you the options and let's you decide what you are comfortable with and wanting for yourself (she will also give you guidance and her professional opinion if you're unsure). I am confident that my pelvic floor recovery is in great hands with Rumi.

I appreciated her positive energy and the way she built the relationship by providing both verbal, 3d model and hands on teaching. She always makes sure that I (age 80 client) understand all her explanations and instructions. She is quite busy with her appointments, nevertheless she follows up tracking my progress between treatment sessions by emails. I highly value her professional skills and services.
