They are doing a good job and it's starting to look pretty good. The food has improved a lot in the last year. My brother finds it good for the price.

The new owners of the residence have made a lot of changes. The 4075 Bordeaux is now a very welcoming residence for autonomous and semi-autonomous people, with a lot of dedicated staff for the inhabitants.

â â â â â Avec l'arrivĂ©e des nouveaux propriĂ©taires nous avons vu beaucoup de changements, autant dans la propretĂ©, que dans l'efficacitĂ© de la nouvelle gestion. Ma mĂšre est ravie est rassurĂ©e voir autant d'implication.
Les espaces communs et les chambres ont étés entiÚrement rénovés et malgré la crise du Covid, le personnel est resté dévoué et a assuré les courses des locataires.
Il n'y a eu aucune éclosion de cas de Covid dans la résidence malgré le fait que ce soit une résidence pour les personnes à revenus modeste. Le personnel est VRAIMENT dévoué, nombreux sont les employés qui sont là depuis plus d'une décennie et qui connaissent les résidents et leurs dossiers médicaux par coeur. C'est vraiment rassurant pour la famille de ne pas avoir une résidence trop bureaucratique qui connait personnellement chacun des résidents.
With the arrival of the new owners we have seen many changes, both in the cleanliness and in the efficiency of the new management. My mother is delighted and reassured to see so much involvement.
The common areas and bedrooms have been completely renovated and despite the Covid crisis, the staff remained dedicated and took care of the tenants' groceries.
There has been no outbreak of Covid cases in the residence despite it being a residence for people with modest incomes. The staff are REALLY dedicated, many of the staff have been there for over a decade and know the residents and their medical records inside and out. It is really reassuring for the family not to have a residence that is too bureaucratic and knows each of the residents personally.

La nouvelle direction est trĂšs pro-active et nous sommes ravis de voir toutes les amĂ©liorations. Il y a aussi un nouveau Chef en cuisine. La nourriture est vraiment bonne. Le rapport qualitĂ© prix pour des chambres dans le Plateau Mont-Royal est absolument imbattable.
Very nice changes to the Plateau residence, it was high time that work was done. The new management is very proactive and we are delighted to see any improvements. There is also a new Chef in the kitchen. The food is really good. The value for money for rooms in the Plateau Mont-Royal is absolutely unbeatable.

Les chambres ont grandement été améliorées et les espaces communs sont trÚs accueillant. Le personnel est adorable avec les résidents et la localisation est idéale. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable pour une résidence personne ùgée tout inclus dans le Plateau Mont-Royal.
What a pleasant surprise to come back to the RĂ©sidence du Plateau Mont-Royal. The residence has been bought by new owners and they have done a lot of work to bring the residence up to date.
The rooms have been greatly improved and the common areas are very welcoming. The staff are lovely with the residents and the location is ideal. The value for money is unbeatable for an all-inclusive senior citizen residence in the Plateau Mont-Royal.

â â â â â My grandfather was in this residence because it was the only that he could afford, but the decor was out of date and the previous owners had not done a lot to keep this place up to date.
There has been a change of owners in June 2020, and since then the changes have been amazing. They have kept the same loyal staff that were all very nice. Yet everything has been revamped, from the main entrance, to the security, the cleaning standards have been considerably raised.
The new direction has taken care of this place and we are very happy and would highly recommend the residence, the price for the value is outstanding given the prime location.
There is a new menu coming up, along with the full renovation of the dining area. My grandfather is looking forward to mingling again in the new communal areas after covid.
On top of all, the staff went above and beyond and whilst covid lasted they ensured the residents security by running all the errands for them. Therefor none of the residents caught covid at the Residence du Plateau. A great thanks to the team for all they have done for our grand dad!!
