★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une résidence où le service est personnalisé. On se sent comme à la maison. Mes parents y sont depuis un an déjà et ils sont biens, en sécurité et la nourriture est très bonne. Des travaux de rénovations et une cure d'embellissement sont en cours par le nouveau propriétaire. Un vent nouveau et frais. Bravo !
 A residence where the service is personalized. It feels like home. My parents have been there for a year now and they are good, safe and the food is very good. Renovation work and a beautification cure are underway by the new owner. A new and fresh wind. Well done !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bonne résidence. Ma mère y a séjourné pendant 7 ans. Elle était autonome au début et elle a perdu son autonomie avec le temps. Ils s'adaptent aux besoin des résidents. L'ambiance est très familiale et la nourriture bonne. Ils servent des repas balancés avec de bonnes colations.
Very good residence. My mother stayed there for 7 years. She was independent at first and she lost her autonomy over time. They adapt to the needs of the residents. The atmosphere is very family and the food good. They serve balanced meals with good snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last four years my father is residing at Manoir Gouin .He is very happy and satisfied at the Manoir the staff are unbelievably great they take good care of the elderly they are so caring that during this pandemic they had no cases till today and let's hope it stays that way.The food is good they have entertainment once a month they bring in a singer play bingo at least 3 times a week movies on Saturday night etc etc.I would recommend the Manoir to my friends and relatives. You are welcome anytime to come and check it out.

They have successfully prevented a covid-19 outbreak at their facility through their diligence and relentless perseverance, and my siblings and I are extremely grateful for the care and attention our parents have received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to rent an apartment for our mother at Manoir Gouin as we received a warm welcome from Ms. Fanny Ruest, the leasing agent, a detailed tour of the premises and a clear explanation of the services offered and the related fees. Ms. Ruest took the time to show us several apartments and explained the different features. The building was clean and the staff friendly. We are convinced that our mother will be happy and well cared for her during her stay there.
