★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facile d’accès depuis la route, places de stationnement pratique et une très belle vue sur le fleuve et Baie-Saint-Paul.
Le chalet, très confortable pour une grande famille, permet de passer un séjour très agréable.
le Seul point négatif se situe au niveau de l’eau!
Un filtre plus performant permettrais de neutraliser l’odeur de soufre..
Prévoir de l’eau en bouteille n’est pas un luxe!
 Easy access from the road, convenient parking spaces and a beautiful view of the river and Baie-Saint-Paul.
The cottage, very comfortable for a big family, allows to spend a very pleasant stay.
the only negative point is at the water level!
A more efficient filter would neutralize the smell of sulfur.
Providing bottled water is not a luxury!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vue est sublime et le chalet bien conçu mais il est mal équipé ... et surtout l’eau pu le soufre ... c’est execrable ! Ça lève le cœur de se brosser les dents et quand on ouvre le robinet, ça pue longtemps ! Il existe des filtres pour ça mais les propriétaires , qui sont au courant du probleme , ne veulent pas y remédier ! Il n’y a pas assez de verres, pas assez de serviettes, les poeles sont finies , et il manquait une spatule pour tourner les œufs/les crêpes ... quand on paie 2000$ pour moins de 48 heures on S’attends a Ce que ce soit mieux équipé ! Dommage ce que ce soit si mal géré ... on parle ici d’un investissement de quelques dollars pour régler ça ! On serait retourné sans tout ces petits problèmes!
The view is sublime and the cottage well designed but it is poorly equipped ... and especially water or sulfur ... it is execrable! It raises the heart to brush your teeth and when you open the tap, it stinks a long time! There are filters for that but the owners, who are aware of the problem, do not want to fix it! There are not enough glasses, not enough towels, the stoves are finished, and there was a spatula missing to turn the eggs / pancakes ... when we pay $ 2000 for less than 48 hours we expect What is better equipped! Too bad that it is so poorly managed ... we are talking about an investment of a few dollars to settle this! We would have returned without all these little problems!

1. Vue incroyable autant sur les 2 étages que dans le spa!
2. Tout y est pour la cuisine. Beaucoup de vaisselle, verre à vin, ustensiles, tasse a café, etc.
3. Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants et c’était parfait, même que nous aurions pu être plus.
3. Beaucoup de salles de bains privés, un gros plus.
4. Table de billards et bâtons en bon état.
5. Spa bien entretenu
6. Des belles pentes de terrain pour glisser avec les enfants
7. Un beau bois et des champs pour la raquette.
8. Le fait d’être à 1 minute en auto des épiceries et du village est bien mieux que de louer près du Massif comme on le faisait les années antérieurs.
9. Internet très rapide
Superb chalet!
1. Incredible view on both floors and in the spa!
2. Everything is there for the kitchen. Lots of dishes, wine glass, utensils, coffee cup, etc.
3. We were 8 adults and 4 children and it was perfect, even that we could have been more.
3. Lots of private bathrooms, a big plus.
4. Billiard table and sticks in good condition.
5. Well maintained spa
6. Nice slopes to slide with the children
7. Beautiful woods and fields for snowshoeing.
8. Being 1 minute by car from grocery stores and the village is much better than renting near the Massif as we did in previous years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes allés à la Villa en décembre 2020. Notre séjour a été formidable.
La résidence vraiment fonctionnelle et surtout très stimulante. Les deux planchers offrent des expériences différentes et nos filles ont bcp aimés !
Nous avons adoré les prolongements extérieurs même si nous étions en hiver.
Le confort est parfait et la propreté est impeccable.
L'eau est très bonne, si il y a eu un problème dans le passé, il semble que c'est 100 % réglé.
Et puis Baie St-Paul... On ne se tanne jamais d'y retourner :)

We went to the Villa in December 2020. Our stay was wonderful.
The really functional and above all very stimulating residence. The two floors offer different experiences and our daughters loved it!
We loved the exterior extensions even though it was winter.
The comfort is perfect and the cleanliness is impeccable.
The water is very good, if there has been a problem in the past it looks like it's 100% fixed.
And then Baie St-Paul ... We never get tired of going back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is beautiful with a great view and the people of Baie St-Paul are very welcoming. However, it is hard to appreciate this place when you feel like you have to watch your every move and your every move is being watched. We were told that this location would be private. So imagine our fear when we wake up and walk outside to an old idleing van blocking our vehicle, with no one inside. We located this strange person, who arrived unannounced tinkering with the hot tub in the back patio. No knock, no explanation, nothing.
We had fun staying in the house, we made our messes but we cleaned up daily. Our group even spent time cleaning before our departure (To leave it how we found it). We swept the floors, washed the dishes, vacuumed carpets and made sure the spa area was cleaned. Yet extra charges and snarky emails regarding our stay have appeared from.
A word of caution: be very careful WN walking in the spa area. It is gets very slippery as water doesn't drain from the spa area which creates an ice rink. This is also compounded by the fact that a slick rock material was choosen as the step up back into the house.
If you stay here you MUST leave it cleaner than you found it, or your wallet will ache and your inbox will fill. Please note that ALL the pictures I have posted of this location are AFTER we cleaned and we're taken right BEFORE we left.
