★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with the customer service. I bought an equipment for 1000$ and they said they left it at the front door?! Are you kidding me!? An equipment worth of a 1000$ you leave it at the front door?! For some reason i didn’t receive my equipment. It wasn’t in front of my apartment door neither in front of the building door ( there is cameras all the way around the building nothing was shipped) and when i called the person who is in charge ( Julie ) she said : it’s not her problem.
It’s so funny what she thinks hahahaha
But there is a Head quarter who can help me if you don’t know how to do your job ?
