★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis nouveau client avec Epico Cogeco. Niveau internet j'ai rien à dire c'est super mais Epico télé je suis extrêmement décu. Qualité d'image très médiocre avec Epico comparativement aux autres compétiteurs.
I am a new client with Epico Cogeco. Internet level I have nothing to say it's great but Epico TV I am extremely disappointed. Very poor image quality with Epico compared to other competitors.

J'essai de canceller cogeco epico et je dois attendre qu'une autre personne m'appel... et ce apres 45 minutes de parlage. Pas compliqué pourtant.." tu coupes tout"!!

I try to cancel cogeco epico and I have to wait for another person to call me ... and this after 45 minutes of talking. Not complicated though .. "you cut everything" !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'aime particulièrement EPICO quoique j'aurais aimé que les différentes commandes soient plus "réactives"; il m'est arrivé de le mêler en allant trop vite dans mes "pitonnages".
I particularly like EPICO although I would have liked the different commands to be more "responsive"; it happened to me to mix it up by going too quickly in my "pitonnages".
