3 mois plus tard, le fermoir de mon colier a lâcher. On est retourne au Magasin pour le faire réparer...
1) UN SERVICE POURRI, la vendeuse nous parlait bête, en plus de nous faire sentir comme des attardé qui ne connaisse rien ( je vous épargne les commentaires inutiles qu'elle nous a dit)
2) TROIS SEMAINES D'ATTENTE pour la réparation
3) CA AURAIS COUTER 40$ pour un fermoir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finalement, on a reprit le colier, on est aller le faire réparé chez Latendresse, ca a couter 15$, pi je suis reparti avec mon colier au cou....
BELLE GANG DE CROSSEUR!!!
p.s. je vous conseil d'aller ailleur, vous aller être ben plus satisfait!

1) A SUFFICIENT SERVICE, the saleswoman spoke to us stupid, in addition to making us feel like retarded who knows nothing (I spare you unnecessary comments she told us)
2) THREE WEEKS WAITING for repair
3) CA SHOULD CUT $ 40 for a clasp !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally, we took the colier, we went to repair at Latendresse, it cost $ 15, pi I left with my colier neck ....
BEAUTIFUL GANG OF CROSSOR !!!
I advise you to go elsewhere, you will be more satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N'allez pas à cette bijouterie, ce sont des arnaqueurs. J'ai perdu ma bague de fiançailles et je suis allée voir à la bijouterie cathy et l'autre pres du metro mais pas chez milano. Mon copain a mal compris et est allé chez milano, il a montré une photo de moi a la femme qui travaillait la, marie-anne, et elle lui a dit oui oui elle venu hier, ce qui est totallement faux, et elle lui a fait dépenser 160 dollar pour la mauvaise bague et ils ne veulent pas rembourser. Tout ça a clairement été fait de mauvaise foie, tout ce qu'elle voulait c'était faire une vente.
Do not go to this jewelry store, they are scammers. I lost my engagement ring and went to see the cathy jeweler and the other near the metro but not at milano. My boyfriend misunderstood and went to milano, he showed a picture of me to the woman who was working there, marie-anne, and she said yes yes she came yesterday, which is totally wrong, and she told him actually spend $ 160 for the wrong ring and they do not want to pay back. All this was clearly bad, all she wanted was a sale.

Je magasine pour des cadeaux de Noël dernière minute à cause que je viens d'arriver à montreal et je vais les voir pour une chaîne en or, je lui montre la chaîne que j'ai besoin et elle me donne un prix de 12u taxes incluses en autant je revienne la.chercher aujourd hui.
Elle avait les cheveux blond très court dans la quarantaine, je tais avec mes deux soeurs et je lui ai dis je reviendrais. Je reviens et une autre dame ( encore plus insultante que l'autre) avec les cheveux noir et un accent français me serre. Je lui montre la chaîne, lui explique que la dame a coter ma donner le prix de 125 taxes incluses et elle me RIT dans la face. Elle me dis que c'est impossible le que la chaîne es 300!! Elle fais venir la dame avec les cheveux court qui m'a donner le prix et elle me dis VOYONS jamais j'aurais fait sa!!!! Mes 3 SOEURS étaient avec moi je peux pas croire qu'elles mai rient dans la face et maille insulter de même.
J'ai les moyens de payer mais da cest par principe, jamais je vais retourner à ce magasin et je ne vois suggère pas d'y aller non plus.

I am shopping for last minute Christmas gifts because I have just arrived in montreal and I am going to see them for a gold chain, I show him the chain I need and it gives me a price of 12u taxes included as long as I come back today.
She had blond hair very short in her 40s, I was silent with my two sisters and I told her I would come back. I come back and another lady (even more insulting than the other) with black hair and a French accent squeezes me. I show him the chain, explain that the lady to quote my give the price of 125 taxes included and she laughs in the face. She tell me it's impossible that the chain is 300 !! She bring the lady with the short hair who gave me the price and she said to me VOYONS never I would have done it !!!! My 3 SISTERS were with me I can not believe they may laugh in the face and mesh insult of the same.
I have the means to pay but in principle, I will never go back to this shop and I do not suggest to go either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai envoyer faire réparer ma montre que j’ai acheté à leur boutique et ils m’ont dit qu’il fallait l’envoyer en italie car il me manquait une pièce. Alors je leurs est confier ma montre pour un montant de 135$ se qui est déjà pomal élevé pour un petit bout de métal manquant. Après 6semaines d’attente, j’ai enfin reçu ma montre sauf que 3jours plus tard elle a rebriser à la même endroit qu’ils l’avaient réparé. Donc tout sa pour dire qu’ils rient complètement du monde et profite d’eux
I sent my watch which I bought to their store for repair and they told me to send it to Italy because I was missing a part. So I gave them my watch for an amount of $ 135 which is already pomal high for a small piece of metal missing. After 6 weeks of waiting, I finally received my watch except that 3 days later it broke again in the same place they had repaired it. So all of this to say that they completely laugh at the world and take advantage of them
