Ils ont eu de la misere a rentrer les pines puisque les mailles etais en envers cest vraiment pas fort ... ma montre etais neuve maintenant elle a deux mailles avec de lespace puisque sa la ete forcer ... je ne retournera plus jamais la bas ...
The madamas are very friendly but are not even able to remove two stitches of watch to put the other stitches in place. They had misery to return the pines since the mesh was upside down is really not strong ... my watch was new now she has two stitches with space since his summer force ... I will never go down again ...

Après une rupture de fiançailles, j'ai appelé pour avoir la marche à suivre pour récupérer la bague qui était en commande, la dame ne m'a même pas écoutée, m'a dit qu'elle la remettrait à celui qui avait le coupon et m'a pratiquement raccrochée au nez! C'était moi la cliente qui avait payé la bague mais aucune considération pour les gens qui leur apportent de l'argent! J'y avais été à plusieurs reprises dans le passé mais je n'y retournerai jamais!
No respect for the customer! After a broken engagement, I called to have the procedure to follow to recover the ring which was in order, the lady did not even listen to me, told me that she would give it to whoever had the coupon and practically hung up on me! I was the customer who had paid for the ring but no consideration for the people who bring them money! I had been there several times in the past but I will never go back!

To their credit they did put the back cover on another watch I had. in the end I wouldn't bother dealing with them in the future.
