My experience was completely positive yesterday. Many thanks to Katie, whose warm and personal assistance made us feel welcome and appreciated. Katie was knowledgeable, super friendly, and helpful in every way.

I purchased a oven element $200: unfortunately it was the incorrect part to solve the problem. I called Customer Service they repeated the conditions on the invoice indicating no return on electrical items. I tried my best to see if they would make an exception I even requested to speak to a manager. The CSR said all managers would repeat what was outlined as conditions. I still asked to speak with one to no avail…She hung up on me….might want to provide her with some additional training.

If I could rate less the one I would. As per the rest of the endless negative reviews on here the girl who works at the counter is less then helpful and quite rude. Go elsewhere if you can.

I order a parts been more than 2 weeks didnt come. Call them to know what happened if my order is available. And the lady in the store location rupert and grand view she is being rode. I think she need to get another job shes not happy and no costumer service. She doesn't even see we (apologize for the inconvenience) is that hard to say? I think they need to learn a costumer service. Costumer service they should be learn. Emagine if your on my position your expecting that your parts is coming in 2 to 3 days so that you can fix your washer and was your clothes. Specially if you have children. And you dont even haired with them to apologized for the hazel that your going through. This is what upsetting me. The staff no manner and costumer service. Hopefully they learn in the future.

We had a really horrible experience with this store. The lady who is at the counter is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Spoke to me in a very condescending tone and did not honor the price quote she gave 3 days prior. As seen on reviews that go back over a year for the same issue of this person, management is obviously incompentent as this issue has not been addressed. Go elsewhere with your business. Will leave bad reviews on Yelp to so that other people can avoid this person's horrible customer service.

GREAT, fast and efficient service for our Fisher and Paykel oven which was temperamental. Sergei was able to troubleshoot and find the problem which (which may proved elusive as it was sporadic and may have involved more than one part). The stove has worked PERFECTLY since. I would highly recommend this service and our person especially. Very impressed and I cannot say the same for other calls I have had with this brand.
