★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée magasiner à ce magasin sur la rue Bouvier au début du mois de juin et il y avait un chandail que je voulais mais dont ils n'avaient pas ma grandeur. La vendeuse me dit donc qu'elle peut le commander pour moi. Comme je suis en pleins déménagement et qu'on ne sait pas si je recevrai le colis à temps chez moi, on décide donc ensemble de le faire livrer au magasin directement. Je croyais que c'était un transfert de chandail entre magasin. Après un peu plus d'une semaine, je fais le suivi car j'ai un tracking number. Je me rend compte que le colis retourne à l'expéditeur car supposément mauvaise adresse. Il retourne à la maison-mère. Je retourne en magasin pour expliquer la situation et la même vendeuse me dit qu'elle est désolée mais qu'elle ne peut pas le refaire venir et qu'elle ne peut pas me le rembourser non plus. Elle me dit ensuite que probablement le service à la clientèle de Reitmans va me contacter (chose qui n'est pas arrivée). J'ai donc voulu contacté par moi même Reitmans mais comme on est dans la période "Covid", ils ont désactivé toutes les lignes donc on peut seulement les rejoindre par courriel. Depuis j'ai envoyé 3 ou 4 courriels en ayant une réponse toujours tardive de 2 semaines environ en chaque réponse. On trouve toujours une excuse pour le délais de remboursement. Bref j'ai demandé qu'un superviseur m'appelle il y a 2 semaines et toujours pas de réponse de Reitmans. Non mais sérieusement, ce n'est pas normal que je sois obligée de courir après mon remboursement quand en plus ce n'est même pas moi qui a fait l'erreur d'adresse et qu'en plus on ne puisse pas me rembourser au magasin même. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans ce magasin où le service à la clientèle est aussi déficient.
I went shopping at this store on rue Bouvier at the beginning of June and there was a sweater that I wanted but they didn't have my size. The saleswoman therefore tells me that she can order it for me. As I am in the middle of a move and it is not known if I will receive the package on time at home, we therefore decide together to have it delivered to the store directly. I thought it was a sweater transfer between stores. After a little over a week, I follow up because I have a tracking number. I realize that the package is returning to the sender because it is supposedly wrong address. He returns to the motherhouse. I go back to the store to explain the situation and the same saleswoman tells me that she is sorry but that she cannot bring it back and that she cannot reimburse me either. She then tells me that probably Reitmans customer service will contact me (something that did not happen). So I wanted to contact Reitmans myself, but as we are in the "Covid" period, they have deactivated all the lines so we can only reach them by email. Since then I have sent 3 or 4 emails always having a late reply of about 2 weeks in each response. There is always an excuse for the delay in reimbursement. In short, I asked a supervisor to call me 2 weeks ago and still no response from Reitmans. No, but seriously, it is not normal that I am obliged to run after my refund when in addition it is not even me who made the address error and that in addition we can not refund me at same store. I will never return to this store where customer service is so poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Succursale grande et bien entretenu. Bon service à la clientèle non-envahissant. Sélection sobre mais toujours intéressante . Le gros plus : les vêtements sont offerts en taille plus dans toutes les sections .
Large and well maintained branch. Good non-intrusive customer service. Sober but still interesting selection. The big plus: clothing is available in plus size in all sections.
