★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my mom on July 22nd and spent about 2.5 hours there. We were helped by a woman named Linda. She was so amazing and helped get sizes and options. I hope this review gets back to her. Please note we were very happy with the services and will shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has been around a ling time. The clothes are modern yet they have a style for everyone. Prices are super and the quality is really good. There is free parking and when you purchase a certain amount you get money off your next purchase. That and the clothes bring me back regularly. They have sizes that range fro xtra small thru 3 times xtra large. Now if they only sold shoes.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to Bobby and Anaiah at Reitmans in Langley. Their customer service is outstanding. I work in retail myself and I call it when I see it. I am recovering from an injury and these women always go above and beyond. The store itself is well thought out - I love that plus sizes are integrated with fashions that are up to date and in stock . I always feel welcome when I walk in. That goes to the attentiveness of all the staff at this location. Everybody looks like they enjoy their job. So kudos to all the lovely women at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I realize now that I should have ordered online rather than support your brick & mortar retail location. Tactlessly, I was asked if I wanted to purchase a bag for $0.25 when my order was already over $200. I understand the young lady at the till isn't the policy maker, but she also wouldn't even entertain my more than reasonable request for her to just throw it in. She simply said "no".
If this practice is REALLY environmentally motivated (not just a disguised corporate money-maker as we all know it is), consider for a moment how much single-use plastic that order would have been shipped to me in if I'd ordered online.
Each garment would have been individually bagged, grouped, bagged together again and sent in multiple packages. And guess what? If I'd done that I wouldn't have to pay for ANY OF the packaging. Stop being so opportunistic. The Township is NOT forcing you to pay them a bag tax for providing a way to carry my goods out of your store (which you always used to anyways). I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU ANOTHER DIME.
