I email them when I need a refill and my Dr submits my prescriptions directly. They accept my insurance and now my medicine costs me less than at Shoppers Drug Mart. They also help me buy other drug-store items, I just ask for what I need. Their entrance is inside the Richmond Health Sciences building, and the walls are glass so it's easy to peek in to see how many customers are already inside (pandemic occupancy limit). The building also has hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. Everyone who I've encountered there has been extremely helpful and friendly.

I couldn't imagine going back to places like London Drugs or Shoppers Drug Mart with long lineups and varying levels of service.
V	Vanlife Nomad Gipsy Girl Canada BC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the pharmacist is very not respectful and not professional He was must busy and interested to chat and socialize with his old pal then answer my Questions I was in there to buy supplies to help me heal after a bad back injury could hardly move and have a lot of pain Even after I said I wanted to talk to him he pass me on to his young assistant who was not able to answer my questions I did wait over 20 minutes he was still chatting with his old pal when I left not a single opening to talk to him. i left feeling neglected and not respectfully treated

When I called the covid 1-833# they assumed that this location would have a bed being a medical centre. It does not. In the past I have fainted and had seizures. The young lady who administered my vaccine was quick, and pretty painless, compared to other ones ive had. Dont know if thats luck and or skill, she nailed it. Then she sat with me for the 15 minutes talking with me about every thing. I had a great experience. I didn't feel the shot, and quickly forgot about it because of the conversation we had. I believe she should set the standard for vaccinations for sensitive people. Cannot say enough good things about her. She did a terrific job today, for me. Thank you for the great service.
