Starting with Mackenzie, the sales representative I spoke with, Pascal, the technician that worked on the unit - their professionalism, expertise and above all friendliness were truly appreciated. Close to a year later, the unit is working perfectly.

I called a few companies and Snowdon where the only ones that did not try to jack up the price due to the fact it was urgent. They came quickly evaluated the work, gave me a just price and did the work within a few days. System has been runing smoodly, they service it twice a year to make sure all is good. during one of the service the technician found a part that seemed a little fragile. He changed it under warranty and help prevent future problems. Thanks again to Joe and all the staff at Snowdon.

I understand there are delays, but they do not call back with updates as promised. Waiting a month since the first proposed delivery date. Says they are "too busy!". Wow. Edit: Thank you for the response. And thank you for the refund. I appreciate that. I want to re-iterate that the issue is NOT WITH THE DELAYS! It is with the attitude of my assigned rep. I have emails to prove that I was the one chasing your representative around on the days that he promised to give us updates. In the end, I had to go with another company, but they got the exact same equipment shipped here in 1 week.
