Au terme du premier appel de service, le technicien demande 250$ comptant, alléguant qu'il avait "oublié" sa machine pour les cartes de crédit. La réparation n'ayant tenu qu'une semaine, il revient, fait "sauter" l'air climatisé et déclare qu'on doit le remplacer. Cette fois, il demande 150$, reconnaît qu'il a sa machine, mais refuse de prendre autre chose que du "cash" ou un virement Interac... à son compte personnel!
Air Pro Plus: beaucoup d'air, pas très pro, et rien de plus.

After the first service call, the technician asked for $ 250 in cash, alleging that he had "forgotten" his machine for credit cards. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 2 hours late ... didn't communicate the fee for service until he charged me ... charged me full fee for AC service but did nothing ... his focus was never fixing the problem but selling a new AC system ... I did the service of AC myself after watching couple of videos on YouTube and it is working perfectly fine now ... hence thumbs down and not at all recommended ...
