★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to say “ Thank You” to Wanda who sent me two superb person, Mohamed and Abdel ( forgive me if I misspell your names) to fix my Central heating. They came in and found the issue right the way. They wasted no time, super efficient in their work flow, very professional and always good mood and smiling. Tomorrow will be the hottest day, They really save us from the heatwave. I had to wait for 2 weeks to get them booked, but it’s worthwhile.
Just to be clear, my original installer of my HVAC systems is no comparable to these 2 Gentlemen. I did give them 2 chances to fix it last year, not to mention they waste my times and money, even I believe in second chances. But they blew it. It was partly my fault. I should have done research properly last time. But now I am so happy to meet these 2 new gentlemen. I think as long as we do thing honestly, a dishonest person won’t be able to see your face again. But this company has long term goal imbedded in their DNA. Good for them and good for us. I have no problem recommending them for you.

Yes they are busy but finds time to accommodate. I have no problem using him again in the future and referring him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with the service. Our HVAC was leaking, Wanda was super friendly and accommodating on the phone. She had Sabir sent over by the end of the day. He found and fixed the problem in no time. And even took the time to show us how to prevent it from happening again. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I emailed to this company and less than 24 hours someone responded. They came quickly on two separate occasions during the heatwave. They fixed our problem, gave good advice and helped my elderly mother's a/c . The repair service men "Mohammed and Sabir" were great, professional and honest. Thank you again!

BEWARE OF FAKE APPOINTMENTS.
I called to book an appointment to repair my AC unit because it was broken. 3 weeks later on the appointment's day, I called in the morning at 8 AM to ask for an estimate of the time when they'd come, they said "yeah yeah the technician is in your area this morning so he should be there in no time". I waited until 4 PM, called again, they said that they can't provide an estimate of when he'd come... called again at 8 PM, they said they can't do anything about it and will leave the technician a message... It's been 3 business days and nothing. Waiting almost a full month for a fake appointment. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased heat pump and electric furnace from this company. (Total $8000+) Sales person emphasized that the company has 10 years parts and labor warranty if I buy from his company.
Then after 7 years, when I really needed a repair, I found the 10 year warranty was only for the fraction of the product. Each time I call the service to check, they charge me around $150 (inc. tax) + whatever needed to repair the system.
Be careful, read and ask detailed questions about what the sales person tells you. It is misleading for customers and you have to carefully read the fine prints.
