For a while the color was pretty but then the “good” girls are booked and you have to wait a while to get an appointment with them. Then, they assure you that all of them are good so you book an appointment, spend over 200$ for highlights, have to go again because the job wasn’t done properly (looked like nothing was done) so they “fix it” and then, few weeks after it looks bad again. Another time, another girl didn’t listen really what I wanted. I got my hairbang way too short after telling the girl multiple times not to cut too short. I had a straight cut even if I told her my hair needs layers and a “U” shape. All she said after was “sorry”. That was after I had seen her many times and thought she knew me and I trusted her. I am not hairdresser but I know when a job is well done.
