Des délais interminables, des frais chargés par erreur, aucune pro-activité pour nous donner des solutions face à nos problèmes.
Un manque de savoir-vivre qui nous faisait grincer des dents à chaque fois que nous signions un chèque.

Endless delays, fees charged by mistake, no pro-activity to give us solutions to our problems.
A lack of good manners that made us cringe every time we signed a check.
