Dépannage le jour même puis coup de téléphone pour savoir si tout fonctionne bien .Bien que la panne ait été réparée, le réparateur a approfondi ,chez lui, la recherche de cette panne .Il est revenu pour mettre une pièce (non obligatoire et gratuitement) pour éviter des problèmes de gel dû à l'hiver. Certaines entreprises devraient faire un stage de SAV chez Morin. very good advice and really excellent after-sales service. Refuse d'intervenir parce qu'ils ne retrouvent plus notre nom dans leur base client, et enfin, quand ils interviennent (des semaines après, pour une urgence), la facture est hors de prix vs le temps consacré et la complexité de la réparation. On a l'impression d'un vieux monsieur négligent qui prend l'appel et tape à un doigt dans MS Dos ou Word Perfect pour faire semblant de chercher ton dossier. Un conseil : appelez plutôt de contacter JM AIR Climatisation - Chauffage, bien meilleurs à Sherbrooke, qui ont passé le cap des années 2000 (Morin = années 1960). Really catastrophic!
