★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est vraiment une compagnie "broche à foin", vraiment pas professionnelle, ne respecte pas leur entente. Nous avons "fait affaire" à deux reprises avec cette compagnie. La première fois, notre marchandise ne rentrait pas dans leur camion, malgré qu'on leur avait donné toutes les dimensions (preuve à l'écrit); la deuxième fois, le camion ne s'est pas rendu au moment de livraison qui avait été entendu (là encore, preuve à l'écrit) et nous n'avions pas de transpalette pour le recevoir. Et enfin, le clou de l'histoire, la dame à la facturation refuse de nous faire parvenir un état de compte en bonne et due forme. Elle nous menace de nous envoyer un camionneur dans notre cour pour se faire payer, mais nous n'avons JAMAIS reçu de facture!! Et impossible de porter plainte ou parler à quelqu'un d'humain. Vraiment une situation GROTESQUE, ces gens-là n'ont vraiment aucune classe!!!
It really is a company "hay brooch", really not professional, does not respect their agreement. We have "done business" twice with this company. The first time, our goods did not return to their truck, despite being given all the dimensions (proof in writing); the second time, the truck did not go to the delivery time that had been heard (again, proof in writing) and we did not have a pallet truck to receive it. And finally, the highlight of the story, the lady to the billing refuses to send us a statement of account in due form. She threatens to send us a trucker to our yard to get paid, but we have NEVER received a bill !! And impossible to complain or talk to someone human. Really a GROTESQUE situation, these people really have no class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le chauffeur de cette compagnie rentre dans mon véhicule stationné dans la cours de mon travail. Il ne le mentionne à personne sur les lieux et s’en va comme si rien n’était. J’arrive le soir dans mon véhicule, la vitre arrière et le derrière est endommagé. Une chance que mon employeur a des caméras. Nous réussissions de retrouver le coupable. Contacte la compagnie de transport Geo Dubois. M’envoie promené et me dit de contacter ma compagnie d’assurance (assurer seulement d’un côté). Résultat final, dommage complètement a mes frais!! 2000-3000$ de dommage!!
The driver of this company enters my vehicle parked in the course of my work. He does not mention it to anyone on the scene and leaves as if nothing had happened. I arrive in the evening in my vehicle, the rear window and the back is damaged. Lucky my employer has cameras. We managed to find the culprit. Contact the Geo Dubois transportation company. Sends me for a walk and tells me to contact my insurance company (insure only one side). Final result, damage completely at my expense!! 2000-3000$ damage!!
